Important information for employees on STD or LTD

There is an “actively at work” provision in our Life and AD&D policy, which means if an employee is on medical leave, they are not eligible to increase their current amount of Life or AD&D insurance. Employees on medical leave electing to increase their coverage between Annual Enrollment and year end will have their coverage reverted to their current coverage. When an employee returns to work, they have the opportunity to increase their coverage at that time.
