Here are some of the highlights and important changes coming in 2027:

As healthcare costs continue to rise nationwide, Solventum is increasing its share of the total premium cost to help limit the impact on you. This investment is part of our ongoing commitment to providing accessible, quality health care coverage for you and your family. As a result, employee medical premiums will increase at a lower rate than national trends. You can review your 2027 medical premiums here.

Deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums were revised to better distinguish the three medical plan options.

Same great plan choices with no increase to employee premiums.
The monthly surcharge will decrease from $211 to $100 when a covered spouse or domestic partner has access to medical coverage through their employer.
Financial support for surrogacy and adoption will double from $10,000 to $20,000, giving eligible employees more support in addition to the personalized resources available as they grow their families.
The amount you can contribute to your HSA through Fidelity is increasing to $4,500 for individual coverage or $9,000 for family coverage. Remember that you must be enrolled in a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) to enroll in an HSA.
The amount you can contribute to your Health Care FSA through HealthEquity is increasing to $3,400.

Enhanced to 10 weeks at 100% pay, to give eligible employees more support to bond with their new child.
Eligible employees will receive two additional paid holidays – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and one additional personal holiday.
New cybersecurity protection is now available at no additional cost.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
