Taking time away from work can help you rest, recharge and care for the people and responsibilities that matter most. Solventum provides time away benefits to support planned time off, urgent family needs, personal needs and moments when life requires your attention.

Use this page as a starting point to understand the types of time away that may be available to you.

Your vacation or paid time off may vary based on your employee classification, work schedule, years of service and location. If you work part time, your vacation is generally prorated based on your Anticipated Work Week, or AWW. For full details, review the applicable vacation or paid time off policy on HR Hub.

You accrue vacation based on your eligible service credit. Except for those who are in jurisdictions with unique state laws, all your annual vacation hours are available for you to use at the beginning of each year.* For more information on vacation accrual and carryover, please refer to the Vacation Standard document found on HR Hub.
