Solventum offers voluntary well-being programs that can help you build healthy habits and lower your medical plan premiums. If you complete certain activities or certify that you and your covered family members are tobacco-free, you may qualify for premium discounts.

Enhanced for 2027
Solventum employees will have more ways to earn rewards for healthy activities in 2027, including savings on medical plan premiums and automatic entry into quarterly prize drawings.
Employees who are tobacco-free may qualify for a $30 per month discount on medical plan premiums. An additional $30 per month discount may be available if all covered dependents are tobacco-free.
To qualify, you must certify whether you and your covered dependents have not used tobacco within the last 12 months or have completed a tobacco cessation program within the last 12 months. This certification may also affect other benefit plans with tobacco pricing.
If you use tobacco, you may still qualify for the medical plan tobacco-free discount by completing an approved tobacco cessation program within the required timeframe.
